Karen will be swinging with Bernstein at Dizzy’s Jazz Club Sunday October 5th 5pm & 7:30pm
w/ Sydney Harcourt, rising JALC star Simona Daniele, and Deborah Grace Winer
Hi Friends,
Tonight, Bernstein kicks off fall with Jazz at Lincoln Center American Songbook’s first Leonard Bernstein celebration—swinging his iconic Broadway standards from shows like On the Town and West Side Story.
Sunday October 5th, at Dizzy’s Club.
With a Songbook Sundays inter-generational band of all-stars led by music director and pianist Tedd Firth, the show features Tony award winner Karen Ziemba, Hamilton favorite Sydney James Harcourt, and JALC rising star Simona Daniele. With legendary songs from Lucky to Be Me, New York, New York, and Somewhere, to Maria, I Can Cook, Too and more …
… hosted by me, Deborah Grace Winer, with some breezy stories for an early autumn night.
5pm and 7:30pm shows.
Hope to see you!
(We’ll be back for the holidays December 21st with Gershwin. And then kick off 2026 on Feb 8th)
Remember, music—and being together— will save the world.
